Technical support and others

It depends on the size of the presentation but mostly you need this:

• equipment for data projection (data projector, projecting screen, computer)
• spare computer with all presentations (we recommend this)
• laser beem
• flipchart and enough of felt pens
• videoprojection
• notepads and pens on tables of guests, eventually print outs of presentations
• covering windows, because of the projection
• refreshment
